Hi, I’m Alainnah Knight (she/her) — a licensed therapist, yoga teacher, and human.

I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, self-doubt, life transitions, and the impact of complex trauma.

Many individuals I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and/or unsure how to move forward with where they are at.

Whether you're navigating the effects of trauma, living with anxiety, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, my approach offers a safe and compassionate space for ALL parts of you to show up authentically. I’ll gently encourage you to sit with and move through difficult emotions and mindsets while offering tools, resources, and nervous system education along the way.

My passion for this work stems from my own journey through a challenging upbringing, which ignited my curiosity about human behavior. While understanding the “why” behind emotions was helpful, I realized that true transformation happens when we address the body, soul, and mind—not just the mind alone.

That’s why I focus on mind-body integration, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing.

Using approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Integration, and Mindfulness, I intend to guide my clients towards creating lasting, meaningful change.

I currently offer online therapy to individuals in Colorado and Idaho, supporting them in their journey toward holistic healing and personal growth.
