I do not accept insurance, however, if you have out-of-network mental health or behavioral health benefits, I can provide you with documentation to submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates for out-of-network psychotherapy services. Here are questions to ask your insurance provider:
Does my insurance cover out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is the out-of-network deductible? Has it been met?
What is the reimbursement rate for sessions billed under the CPT code 90834?
What is the process for submitting a superbill?
It is also important to note that I do not take Medicaid or Medicare, therefore I am unable to work with clients who are covered by Medicaid or Medicare due to their regulations.
Payment
All payments are collected through my EHR system, SimplePractice. You are required to have a card on file for payments. I accept all major debit/credit cards, HSA’s, and FSA’s as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide me with 48 hours notice. If you miss a session or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, my policy is to collect the full amount of session fee.
