Do you accept insurance?
If you would like to utilize your insurance for therapy, I can provide you with a SuperBill via email on the 10th of every month for you to submit to your insurance company and be reimbursed as an out-of-network provider. If you have further questions about this, I would be more than happy to discuss further in a free 15-minute consultation!

What if I can't afford therapy?
I understand that therapy can be a financial commitment. If cost is a concern, please reach out to discuss sliding scale options or other resources that may be available to help support your journey. I believe that therapy should be accessible, and we can work together to find a solution that fits your financial situation.
-
Do you offer in-person services?
At this time, I offer online therapy exclusively. Virtual sessions allow us to connect from the comfort of your own space, making therapy more accessible and flexible. I use a secure, confidential video platform for all sessions, ensuring that you receive the same level of care and attention as you would in an in-person session. If you have any questions about how online therapy works or if it's a good fit for you, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to discuss how it can support your goals.

How do I schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit?
Scheduling your first session is easy! You can reach out through my website’s contact form, text me, call me, email me, or book directly online through my Client Portal. During your initial consultation we’ll discuss your goals, your current challenges, and whether my therapeutic approach feels like a good fit for you. From there, we will schedule your first session or I can provide you with referrals that I feel would be a good fit for you.

What happens in a therapy session?
A therapy session with me is a safe, collaborative space where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Each session is personalized to your needs, but generally, we’ll start by checking in on how you’re feeling and what’s currently going on in your life.
If you’re working through a specific issue, such as trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges, we’ll focus on that, using a combination of talk therapy, somatic awareness, and mind-body techniques. I integrate tools from Somatic Integration, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Individual Psychology to help you better understand the emotional and physical patterns that may be holding you back.
In sessions, you may be invited to notice physical sensations in your body, explore emotions that arise, or use grounding techniques like breathwork or mindfulness to help you stay connected and present. I work at your pace, providing a compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings without pressure. Our goal is always to help you gain insight, process emotions, and develop new tools for managing life’s challenges.
The sessions are interactive and supportive, with the aim of creating lasting change through both mental and physical healing. By the end of each session, my intention is that you'll leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and empowered to continue your journey.

How does online therapy work?
Online therapy with me is similar to in-person therapy, but conducted through a secure, confidential video platform. All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access, and a quiet, comfortable space where you can focus without distractions.
Before your first session, I’ll provide you with a link to the platform I use, which is HIPAA-compliant and designed to keep our sessions private and secure. When it's time for your session, you simply click the link, and we’ll meet face-to-face virtually.
In our sessions, we’ll engage in conversation just as we would in person. I’ll guide you through exercises, offer support, and help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. If you’re working with somatic techniques, we may also use breathwork, mindfulness, or body awareness practices, which can be done just as effectively online.
The benefits of online therapy include the convenience of being able to access sessions from the comfort of your home, as well as more flexibility in scheduling. Many clients find online therapy to be just as impactful as in-person therapy, with the added benefit of not needing to commute or worry about travel time.
If you have any questions about the technology or how online therapy works, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to walk you through it and make sure you’re comfortable with the process.
